Chef Ramsay visits PJ's steak house in Queens, NY. Owners Joe and Madalyn have found themselves seriously in debt after opening a high end steak house in Joe's late brother's name. With a lazy chef at the helm, Chef Ramsay will have to get rid of some excess baggage and implement a more relaxed ambience in order for PJ's to make it.
