Kitchen Nightmares

Tonight Gordon finds desperation in the desert at Casa Roma in Lancaster, California, the oldest restaurant in town run by inexperienced mother and son team, Nylah and Jeremy. Although the bar's going great guns, the restaurant struggles to make a pitiful fistful of dollars each week. They've gone through twenty chefs in two years and the current combustible incumbent, Erick, is a time bomb waiting to explode. Will Casa Roma disappear into the dust, or can Gordon create a desert oasis?
