My Extreme OCD Life

This film is a unique window into the worlds of four extraordinary young people – who all live with multiple personalities. Each with more than a dozen personalities- known as alters- fighting to be heard, in incredible accounts they reveal how they are never alone. As they try to live ordinary lives, surrounded by a constant crowd we uncover what its really like to live with Dissociative Identity Disorder- or DID- formerly known as Multiple Personality Disorder. We meet 24 year old Jade, who has never been able to share with her family any of her alternative personalities; we join 27 year old Kai and her 26 year old partner Franz, who both have DID- and between them live with over 400 alters- as they show us that nothing in their lives is simple; and we hear from 27 year old Stacey who has a system of 16 different personalities.
