Noddy is having a picnic in the countryside when he suddenly remembers he has to be in Toy Town to meet the train! Noddy only has a few minutes to get there on time. When he 's faced with obstacles, he wants to give up, but with Tessie and Bumpy's help, Noddy manages to work things out and arrive at the station just in time.
