S02:E02 - Eye Witness
An old enemy of Holloway's, and well known crime figure, Marty Miller, is responsible for the brutal slaying of a young father. Holloway's hopes of nailing Miller take a dive, however, when his main witness is scared off. Holloway's only chance is to come up with another witness, fast. Sykes is supremely confident of passing the police divers' training course. His self-assuredness leads some of his colleagues to wonder if he's riding for a fall.
S02:E03 - Pay Back
Marty Miller makes his final stand against Holloway. Blakemore is suspected of selling the information that lead to an elderly woman's death. Hawker pressures the boat crew to find a jet skier who's causing havoc around the Harbour. Harrison unwittingly betrays Goldie's trust.

The Boat crew track down a missing husband with a heart condition. John Harrison confronts Goldie's ex-husband about giving Goldie access to see their son.
S02:E05 - Bad Blood
This episode opens with the divers searching a dam on a farm. They're assisting a homicide investigation that's tracing the movements of a prostitute who's gone missing, last seen getting into the owner of the farm's car. The divers discover the woman's body. McCall finds himself drawn to Roberts' wife, Margaret, who despite having her life turned upside down, remains defensive of her husband's actions, believing his story of self-defence. Goldie and the boat crew find an alcoholic dero in a warehouse, covered in blood. He tells them he thinks he's done something really bad, but doesn't know what.
S02:E06 - Floater
Webb is slow in coming forward with information regarding the death of Moira Randall - the wife of the armed robber who turned in her husband to Webb in Episode 17. He doesn't want his affair with Moira uncovered. But when it is, Webb receives heavy repercussions from the Police Service and family. The Boat Crew are kept busy by a group of drunken University students on Shark Island. They're given a hand by some National Parks and Wildlife Officers, one of whom Sykes finds very attractive. Holloway's romance with Caroline Cox continues to flourish.
S02:E07 - Missing
Harrison and the divers arrive at Pitt Town Lagoon to uncover a body found by a Ranger. The body is that of a teenage boy, and is similar in appearance. The detectives have to ask themselves, have they arrested the wrong man when they put Ross Beale away? Then there's another boy who's been missing for two days - a fourteen year old intellectually handicapped son of a police officer. Will someone give some answers in time to find him before he becomes victim number five?
S02:E08 - Police Issue 13519
Holloway and Goldie stake out stunning homes in the waterfront, due to robberies in the area. They arrest an eighteen year old, Nicholas, and he's armed with a police issued gun. The gun belonged to Kevin Holloway, and Frank senses a chance to find out what really happened the night his brother was killed. The boat crew find a distressed man on an overturned boat in the harbour. His mate has gone overboard. Goldie and Harrison start considering making plans together, as their relationship becomes more serious.
S02:E09 - Unfinished Business
The Water Police and Homicide detectives continue to search for Chris Kollias. It's not until the end of the episode that Holloway learns of Knocker's probable involvement in Kollias' and Kevin's death. Meanwhile, Knocker and Goldie's romance blossoms, with Knocker meeting Goldie's family. When recovering a submerged boat, the divers come across a body. It's been wrapped and weighted, but the murderers have made no attempt to conceal the dead man's identity. The investigation takes the detectives to a strange caravan park. Cassidy and Tavita go undercover to catch a flasher at Nielson Park.
S02:E10 - Respect
An Asian crime racket is suspected when two dead bodies, killed by carbon monoxide poisoning, turn up in the harbour. They both have evidence of being tied up and both from an oriental background. Detective Inspector Li, an Asian crime specialist from Task Force Oak joins the Water Police for the investigation. Coming to terms with Knocker's probable corruption, Frank Holloway is given Internal Affairs' dirty work of searching Harrison's house for evidence. Goldie, however, is excited by the prospect of spending her life with Harrison, and can't believe it when Internal Affairs and Holloway turn up to raid Knocker's house early in the morning.

Internal Affairs convinces Holloway to work with them in their investigation into Knocker Harrison.

Holloway and Inspector Brady's investigation into Harrison's corruption continues, with the steady disappearance of the women at The Gap the night Kevin Holloway died. Goldie isn't fully aware of what's going on, but is sure Internal Affairs are conducting another misguided investigation. Goldie and Harrison investigate the case of an old man's body dumped in the harbour.
S02:E13 - And Then There Was One
As much as Holloway and Brady try to close in on Knocker, without losing any more of their vital witnesses to Kevin's murder, he's always one step ahead of them. If Knocker manages to eliminate the last two witnesses who were at The Gap that night, he could walk free. Goldie has to face undeniable evidence of Knocker's corruption.
