S01:E01 - Big Blowout / Phantom of the Opera House / Fine Feathered Fiends
Hurricane Harry, "the greatest wind bag on earth" threatens to blow down the cities of the world unless he gets a million-dollar ransom. Cool tracks Hurricane to his island, but Harry blows him down, ties him to the tail of his kite, and blows it aloft. Enrico Paisan and Katrinka Kalorie, opera stars, are plagued by a horrible and mysterious voice. The Komedy Kops are called in and disguise themselves as spear carriers in an attempt to stop the Phantom. The Owl and his henchwoman, The Pussycat, organize the birds of the nation into a crime syndicate. Even the peacock of a certain T.V. network has joined. Number One assigns McCool, who stalks the Owl, but winds up as his prisoner in a bird cage.
S01:E02 - If the Hat Fits / Horsehide and Go Seek / House That Jack Built
Dr. Madcap's black Derby robs Mr. Miser of all his money. McCool is assigned to the case. He runs into the Mexican Hat Dance of Dr. Madcap, and an enormous clam emerges from the hat to trap McCool. Casey hits his 100th home run, and Harry McCool and the Komedy Kops are assigned the job of guarding the ball. A thief steals in and makes off with the precious momento. The boys and Casey give chase, and wind up in a chimney. Jack-in-the-Box ships a raging bull in a box to Number One. Threatened, he summons McCool. With Breezy in tow, McCool takes off in the Coolmobile, only to be trapped in a circus arena by Jack and two raging lions.
S01:E03 - The Odd Boxes Caper / Vanishing Shoehorns / Garden of Evil
Jack-in-the-Box, now in state prison, learns that Detective Sherlock Klotz is to be honored at a dinner, and decides to cut him down. He does, and Cool McCool is assigned the task of wrapping up Jack-in-the-Box. But Jack pops up with a machine gun and traps McCool. Tom, Dick, and Harry discover that Mighty Morris, the strongest man in town, is also the Shoehorn Thief. They move in for the capture. But Morris uses his strength to tie them into knots and sends them into orbit. The Rattler has developed a venom ray that makes any living thing hate the closest one to it. McCool follows the Rattler to his garden. But the Rattler put his evil ray on the Coolmobile, turning it into a hot rod that will destroy Cool himself.
S01:E04 - Rocket Racket / Pie In Your Eye / Queen's Ransom
Jack-in-the-Box uses a huge magnet to capture rockets launched at Cape Carnivorous. He announces he plans to capture the moon. Cool races out to capture him, but gets magnetized to Jack's lair. Jack then springs away, with Cool pursuing him on a pogo stick. One night Harry McCool and the Komedy Kops follow the delicious aroma of freshly baked pies in Mrs. Plotz' pie factory. There they run into a spy from Plintz' Pies, stealing Mrs. Plotz' secret recipes. It soon turns into a pie throwing contest between the spy and the Kops. Hurricane Harry kidnaps Queen McQueen and is holding her for one million dollars ransom. The Foreign Office decides she is not worth it, so McCool is assigned to the case. Disguised as a washerwoman, McCool finds the Queen. But Hurricane Harry traps them on a reef.
S01:E05 - Big Brainwash / Woodchopper / Shrinking the Slinker
Dr. Madcap, using a gigantic hat, lifts an armored car with a zillion dollars in gold. Number One assigns McCool to the case. McCool has Dr. Madcap at gunpoint when Greta Ghoul pulls the hat trick on McCool. The radio reports that Woodchopper has downed six sycamores on Cedar Street. Tom, Dick and Harry give chase but run into a dangerous log jam. The Rattler kidnaps Professor B. Fuddled and steals his shrinking formula. Number One assigns McCool to the case. The Rattler strikes first. McCool is reduced to the size of a golf ball.
S01:E06 - The Box Fox / Gym Dandy / Bagging the Windbag
Armed with giggle grenades, Jack-in-the-Box robs a armored car. To protect him from the giggle gas, Cool is equiped with a gas mask. Cool finds a big box in his Coolmobile. Out jumps Jack, hands Cool an apple. The apple explodes, and Jack escapes to the box factory. A practical joker wakes Harry Mr.Cool and the Komedy Kops with a phoney siren. They take off after him, but realize they're not in good enough shape. So they go to the gym. But there too the joker torments them. Hurricane Harry announces that he intends to blow up the world until it pops like a balloon...unless he is appointed King. Cool McCool is assigned the task of deflating the plan, but Harry blows up McCool instead.
S01:E07 - Will the Real Coolmobile Please Stand Up / Big Top Cops / Owl on The Prowl
Mrs. Greenbucks buys a hat at Dr. Madcap's shop. The hat attacks her and robs all her jewelry. McCool is assigned to the case. But Dr. Madcap has created a second Coolmobile. McCool is caught in the crossfire as the two cars battle it out. Papa Zurkalookis is frantic. Someone is sabotaging his circus, feeding the elephant bubble gum, putting pepper in the popcorn. The Kops disguise themselves as trapeze artists, and go to work at the circus to search for a clue. By sabotaging the city's power system, The Owl manages to steal Secret Formula G-22 from Number One and McCool. McCool assisted by Breezy, takes off in the Coolmobile, but The Owl traps them in his submarine.
S01:E08 - Sniffin, Snoozen, Sneezin / the New Car / How Now Fowl Owl
Hurricane Harry puts the world asleep by blowing sleepy smoke from a pot on his island. Armed with a new sneeze gun, Cool approaches Hurricane's island by sea, but Harry blows him off course. He tries it under the water, but Harry empties the ocean with a huge straw. While Harry McCool and the Komedy Kops are arguing about who should get the back seat of their tandem bicycle: a crook gets away right under their noses. So the Sarge throws away their bike, and insists that they learn how to drive a car. The Mockingbird imitates the voice of Number One and advices McCool that The Owl is really a secret agent. McCool falls for the ruse and finds himself trapped in a tree house.
S01:E09 - Caps & Robbers / Three Men on a Horse / Romantic Rattler
Dr. Madcap creates a hat that turns the wearer into a mindless fool. He uses it to steal the priceless Pearl of Punjab. McCool, assigned to the case, is tricked into wearing the hat and finds himself at Madcap's mercy. The Sarge has ordered Harry McCool and the Komedy Kops to whitewash the jailhouse. In their rush to finish, they paint the face of their roughest prisoner, then they paint the Sarge, then they paint each other. This gets Harry mad, and he tosses a bucket at Dick...and hits the Sarge. The Rattler steals a Truth Telling Machine and robs eight banks. Riggs invents the Cobrina to combat the Rattler. McCool tests it in combat, only to fall under the hypnotic spell of the Rattler's Truth Telling Machine.
S01:E10 - Jack In the Boxer / Fowl Play / Love Is a Gas
Film star Sophie Alluring is visiting the country, wearing a $99,000 diamond necklace. Jack-in-the-Box poses as a photographer, and steals the necklace. Cool McCool corners Jack in his box, but the culprit kidnaps him and takes him to his boxing ring. On a steep hill, the Kops lose control of their bike, crash into a truck loaded with chickens. Hundreds of chickens escape. But don't worry, the Kops will catch them. Dr. Madcap invents a love gas which enables him never to steal again. One whiff of the gas and people love him so much they give him their possessions. He tries it out on a bank guard, and walks away with one million dollars. His next stop is the office of Number One, where McCool is standing guard.
S01:E11 - Who Stole My 32 Secret Agents / the Jet Set Yet / 500 Pound Canary
Dr. Madcap captures 32 British secret agents and is about to apply his Brain-Drain Cap to learn all their secrets. McCool rushes to the rescue, but is trapped by Dr. Madcap and strapped to a table. As the Mayor is about to present the key to the city to a VIP, the Flying Demon swoops down and steals it. The Komedy Kops convert their bikes into a jet to give pursuit. The 11th and 12th National Banks are robbed by a 500 lb. canary. McCool suspects the work of The Owl and goes to his hideout. McCool's calm is shattered by the supersonic boom of the canary's tweets.
S01:E12 - Fun & Games / McCool Jazz / Mother Greta's Wrinkle Remover
Jack-in-the-Box has gone into the toy business; a crow flies into a piano factory.
S01:E13 - Sombrero Affair / Dog Tired / Moon Goon
Dr. Madcap and Greta Ghoul rob the Potts Gold Co., and escape to Mexico. Cool, wearing a Mexican disguise, follows them to a bull ring. But they trap him, and through hypnosis make him think he's the great bullfighter, El Fantastico. Cool goes into the ring to fight Monstroso...with a time bomb in his hat. A little old lady reports that her puppy wuppy is missing. Harry McCool and the Komedy Kops are assigned the task of finding it. But while chasing the dog, they fall into a tunnel. Number One and McCool look at the latest pictures of the moon and discover that The Owl is there with the loot from his latest caper. McCool flies to the moon, but winds up being chased by a herd of angry Moon Bulls.
S01:E14 - Two Fats and a Fink / High Jokers / Rockaby for Rattler
Hurricane Harry discovers that he is the exact double of the Maharajah of Mish Mash, who is scheduled to be given his weight in diamonds. Harry's plot to kidnap the Maharajah runs afoul of McCool. Harry McCool and the Komedy Kops pass a man with his arms full of candy apples. He's stolen them, and rushes to the airport, where he takes off in a balloon. The Kops jump into a bi-plane and take off, but they don't know how to fly it. The Rattler steals an armored truckload of gold from under McCool's nose. McCool, with the aid of a snake charmer's device that plays "Jeannie With The Light Brown Hair," tries to strike back. But he's foiled by the Rattler's Fangmobile.
S01:E15 - Hi Jacker Jack / Time Out / the Wind Goddess
Jack-in-the-Box hi-jacks an armored car and disappears with it. McCool in his Coolmobile finds the missing truck by accidentally backing into it. Jack springs off, his arms filled with money bags. Cool follows the culprit, only to find that Jack has him covered with a square cannon. Harry McCool and the Komedy Kops discover that the town clock, Big Benny, is missing. They take off in pursuit of the criminal, and wind up in a deserted shack filled with clocks, where they're attacked by a clock stealer. Hurricane Harry steals an ancient Egyptian idol, the Wind Goddess. Cool flies off to the desert, crash lands on a pyramid. Harry starts a sand storm, which buries Cool.
S01:E16 - Hot McHott / Monkey Dizziness / a Growing Problem
Hurricane Harry sucks in the sun's rays, then blows out air so hot it melts bank vaults and armored cars. Cool goes after him with his new flame freezer. But Harry ties him to the blade of his windmill, and then prepares to burn it down with his hot breath. At the Policeman's Ball, Harry McCool and the Komedy Kops fall in love with Kathleen Klotz. An organ grinder's monkey steals her hair ribbons, and the boys give chase. Instead of capturing the monkey, the boys wind up stuffed into a chimney. The Rattler covers the entire surface of the earth with vegetation and threatens to make matters worse unless he is given 100 million dollars. McCool sets out with a plant evaporator gun, but is trapped in the forest by the Rattler.
S01:E17 - Oh Say Can You Seed / Green Dragon / What Goes Up Must Come Down
The Rattler, armed with his latest fiendish invention (a seed grenade, which covers its victims with a clinging vine), robs the Second National Bank. McCool sneaks into the Rattler's house, but the fiend tosses his grenade at him. A series of robberies grip the city. In each case the thief leaves his mark, the stamp of the Green Dragon. Irate citizens storm the police station. The Green Dragon soon traps the Kops aboard his dragon-shaped boat. Hurricane Harry kidnaps the Statue of Liberty, brings it to his little island. Cool uses his fog gun to surround the island, tries to draw the statue off with his atomic magnet. But Harry gets Cool caught in a giant twister.
S01:E18 - Birds of a Feather / Lots Of Baloony / the Box Popper
The Owl leads a flock of birds to a daring bank robbery. Number One orders Cool to disguise himself as a bird and catch The Owl. McCool is outfitted with a rocket belt, but he can't work the mechanism. Harry McCool and the Komedy Kops arrest Gaston Gaswell for selling balloons without a license. He vows revenge and gets it when he creates life size balloons that look exactly like the Kops. Jack-in-the-Box escapes from prison and commits a series of daring robberies. McCool employs the Box Popper in an attempt to destroy the criminal. McCool winds up tied to a railroad track, as a box car roaring down on him.
S01:E19 - Owl's Well That Ends Well / Goat Chasers / a Tree Is A Tree
McCool's idyll on a tropic island with a mermaid is interrupted by a telephone call from Number One. The Owl is on a crime rampage. Cool dashes to the rescue in his Coolmobile, but runs afoul of the chicken-flicker trick. A steamroller breaks the bike of Harry McCool and the Komedy Kops. So they buy a car. While cruising, they spot a goat eating a man's clothes. Instead of catching the goat, the boys get caught on a clothesline. Number One has the night off, and assigns McCool to guard the office. The Rattler sells McCool a rare tropical plant, which devours everything in the room. When Number One gets back, he finds a bare office, except for McCool.
S01:E20 - Whistler's Mommy Case / In the Dough / College of Crooks
The Rattler plants his magic plants in the museum and they steal valuable art treasures for him. To foil the thefts, Cool poses as a statue, The Thinker. But his plan is thwarted as he falls victim to the Rattler's creeping ivy. Harry's birthday party is interrupted by the Sarge, who announces that Roland Bun's Bakery has been robbed. The boys find the thief, a nut who is stealing pecans. They persue, but wind up in a barrel of batter. A mansion is robbed with McCool present. He is confused because the methods used are those of all his enemies; The Owl, The Rattler, Hurricane Harry, Jack-in-the-Box and Dr. Madcap. His investigation leads to Benedict Arnold College, where he is trapped by all five master criminals.
