In this unique history/reality series Modern Special Forces troops from both the United States military and the Canadian Armed Forces have been brought together to train using the same methods and equipment as the First Special Service Force in the 1940s. Upon completion of the training, only those who pass will be ordered to reenact one of the key European FSSF missions in the Second World War.

S01:E01 - Devil's Brigade - Basic Training
Modern soldiers get lessons in hand-to-hand combat, taught by a 60-year-old Canadian Army Commando.
S01:E02 - Devil's Brigade - Practice Mission
Training continues with rock-climbing, weapons training and target practice.
S01:E04 - Devil's Brigade - Devil's Mission
The troops scale and capture an Italian mountain, nearly killing one.
