Themba and Phumi are separating, but not entirely. In their stubbornness they've decided to be petty and literally split the apartment in half.

Themba & Phumis separation sinks in as well as the situation around sharing visits with Junior. With Themba not living with Phumi anymore, she invites Thoko Chanel to move in.

Thoko shows Phumi a pamphlet of a sangoma with all sorts of different remedies on it.

Thembas mom arrives while hes in Uganda. At Themba and Phumis wedding anniversary, Phumi tries to tell her theyve separated.

Thoko Chanel has a massive clothing sale in the gym and reception. Phumi seems to have spent way too much of Thembas money on chicken wings, he is furious.

Madluputu wants to close Shades down, but the gang throw a boxing event to raise money to keep the bar open.

Phumi struggles at her new job, on the verge of losing it, doing everything she can to salvage it.

Themba returns looking better than ever and seems to have a new love interest that makes Phumi jealous. Little does he know that its Thoko cat fishing him.

Themba hires a lawyer to speed up the divorce process. Phumi is pressed for cash and cant afford a lawyer but the lawyer she gets proves to be extremely incapable.

Gideons surprise birthday party in Shades turn into total chaos which almost leads to Phumi ending up in jail as she stole Thembas credit card to pay for the party.

Nina is feeling ill and rumour quickly spreads that she is pregnant and Madluphuthu is the father. Phumi is extra friendly to Themba and he gets suspicious.

A mediator is called in to sort out the animosity between Phumi and Themba. Themba is still Uganda, and an impersonator Themba stands in for him during the negotiations.

Gideon becomes a slumlord after having the building handed to him by Madluphuthu in the previous episode - he doesn't understand why.

With Sandton Gold resembling an apocalyptic fallout shelter and Gideon expecting a building inspection, a plan is hatched to get undesirable tenants to leave.

There is much excitement from Madluphuthu as his pet chameleon has finally arrive from KZN.

Madluphuthu has to take the remains of his chameleon to be buried in KZN. He hires a housesitter with strict instructions to Gideon on what is expected of her in his absence.

Gideon is smitted with Pam. Madluphuthu is still in KZN. Themba is back for a day from Uganda and is quite surprised to find Pam living in his apartment.

When Phumi and Thoko realise that Pam is threat, they vow to get rid of her as she is far too perfect to be real.

Phumi is depressed about Themba and Pams relationship. Nobuhle sets her up with a rich date and it is not quite what she expected.

Pam works her magic on Themba which improves their relationship. Gideon is unaware that Pam is with Themba and tries to win her heart.

Madluphutu gets told by Themba he needs to break up with Pam for him. Intelligent gets the same instruction when Madluphuthu fails.

Phumi looks at celeb kids parties and decides that she is going to throw one for Junior. Themba wants to do the same and gets competitive.

Nina wants a party to celebrate and thank the spirits on All Hallows Eve. She suspects the building has ghosts.

Phumi enters Rate My Ex game show for people to show the world just how horrible the contestants exs are. Things go terribly wrong.

Phumi is really in love. Her assistant director is perfect for her and Themba realises that he actually cannot live without her and is going to fight to get her back.
