Angelika works around the clock to try to save an orphan bear cub that was hit by a car.

Angelika struggles to tranquilize two yearling bears at the shelter so they can be released.

Angelika attempts to rescue three cubs whose mother was shot.

Two traumatized cubs arrive at the shelter and Angelika employs a variety of approaches.

Two yearling bears appear too attached to the volunteers to be released to the wild.

When thousands of people turn out to the shelter’s annual Open House, Angelika must balance public relations.
