The real work begins for Alfie and his Angels when Alfie and coach James Thie set the three teams their first challenge: can they go from couch to 5k in less than four weeks?

Half way through the training program, the injuries are mounting and Alfie starts to tighten the knot: taking the three teams away on a boot-camp weekend.

Half Marathon weekend arrives. The three teams join the rest of the 100 Alfie's Angels. Nerves are tingling, injuries are nagging, and Alfie's got more than one surprise in store.
