The duo begin their trip across Canada in Oshawa, Ont. where they learn about about car manufacturer RS McLaughlin and his brother John, the inventor of Canada Dry Ginger Ale.
S01:E02 - Pictou, Nova Scotia
Paul and Nick visit the town of Pictou in the province of Nova Scotia. They find out about the 189 immigrants who travelled from Scotland in 1773 on board the Ship Hector.
S01:E03 - Toronto, Eaton Family
Paul and Nick are in the city of Toronto, once nicknamed the Belfast of Canada. The duo is cooking for descendants of Timothy Eaton, an Ulsterman and founder of Eatons.
S01:E04 - McCormick Island, Saint John, New Brunswick
Paul and Nick are in the province of New Brunswick cooking for an Ulster Scot descendant whose ancestors settled on an island in the Saint John River.
S01:E05 - Hamilton, Ontario
Paul and Nick visit the city of Hamilton where William McMaster founded McMaster University. The chefs prepare a 3-course meal for the university's president and colleagues.

Paul and Nick are in Economy in the province of Nova Scotia cooking a 3-course meal for descendants of one of the first Ulster Scots to settle in the area.
S01:E07 - Ulster United, Toronto
Paul and Nick are in Toronto finding out about Ulster United, one of the most legendary Canadian soccer teams of the past. The chefs attempt to make a Canadian pastry treat.
S01:E08 - Highland Games, Fredericton, New Brunswick
Paul and Nick visit the city of Fredericton, New Brunswick during the annual Highland Games celebrations, to cook for the Lieutenant Governor and some of the heavy event athletes.
