Filmmaker Kim Wolhuter, his wife Saskia and 2-year-old daughter, Kiki discover the diverse habitats in this region, regularly encountering its fascinating wildlife.

Two-year-old Kiki freely explores the magical discoveries to be found within the different holes made by some of the creatures in this African setting.

The relationships between Kim and each of the individual animals in the hyena clan continues to strengthen and grow in complexity the more they spend time together.

Although there is little to no mobile phone connection in the Sango conservancy, Saskia’s phone is vitally important to her, but purely for the camera functionality.

After watching Kim interacting with the hyenas, Kiki decides she’s had enough of watching and wants to burn off some energy and get her dance groove on!
