Running Man

The 100th Running Man Championship has now begun. Liu participates on behalf of his tribe and arrives to the Tree City gate. Right then, the opening game starts with the announcement saying, "Do not walk, run!" Looking puzzled, Running Man players confront unexpected difficulties.

Running Man players run furiously with unique items given to each of them. Arriving at the path of choice, they continue to run using their special skills. The opening game getting closer to an end, who would be the one to get the final victory?

The opening ceremony for 100th Running Man Championship started. Charming Gold, the host of the game, appeared to announce the grand opening. After introducing each player, the ranking of the previous game appeared on display. Players quarrel over the ranking, making a huge fuss about it.

The first mini game is called "Monster's Mealtime." Everyone becomes a monster in his/her turn, catching all other players. The winner after the intense battle becomes the bell hunter for the next main game.

"The Bell Hunter" is the first individual game, where everyone becomes enemy of one another. Kuga, the winner of the mini game becomes the bell hunter and look for the other players. The other six search for 7 bells, which Kuga has hidden here and there in the stage beforehand. Players decided to cooperate, but no one can be trusted.

Six players look for the bells, using special items or depending on their feelings. They desperately run away from Kuga, who appeared with the ringing sound in the dark. As players get caught one by one, they get suspicious that there is a traitor inside.

Running Man players' first break time. The light of the whole building goes out when everyone was taking a rest in their own room. After a fuss in the dark, Soul Tree outside the window seems brighter than usual. Players start to talk about stories behind Soul Tree and how they get to participate in Running Man Championship.

"B.I.N.G.O." is the next mini game. Players first need to make their own BINGO board with other players' tribal shield. After that, they should find the shields hidden in places of the stage, eliminate competitors and complete two rows of Bingo.

The 2nd individual game is "The Battle of Superpowers." Players wear superpower rings on their watches and use that power for the battle. As they explore one another's superpowers, two alliances are formed among them. Counteracting to Kuga's threatening attacks, Lonky seems to be the most dangerous one!

Lonky eliminates Kuga using his superpower. Popo, who teamed up with Lonky gains confidence and attacks Liu and Miyo by brute force. Right then, Pala, who has been betrayed by Lonky and Popo revives and aims for Popo's shield. Popo seems to overcome the crisis and change momentum of the game.

Kuga mends his gloves after the battle of the superpowers. When he accidentally pricked his finger on the needle, medicbots suddenly appear and make a fuss. Since Kuga drive other players out of his room, they get to think that Kuga is hiding something. They decide to unlock his secret by sneaking into his room. What would Kuga's secret be?

Takji Battle is one of the top 3 sports in Tree City. A tournament using original Takjis made of different sorts of materials. Running Man players throw their own Takjis and show off their unique skills. Who would be the one to flip all other Takjis and win?

All Running Man players are imprisoned for contempt of the Ultimate Takji. The one who solves all riddles of the ultimate prison and escapes win the game. When players escape individual prisons and look for way out, they somehow get imprisoned again one by one. The truth is, there is another hidden mission in this game.

Liu is charged with a secret mission as a reward of winning the Takji battle. As he imprisons all other players again and smoothly escapes, he bumps into Kuga at the top of the tower but who is that player going toward the exit during the encounter of Liu and Kuga?

Running Man players get onto the Express train around Tree City. Excited to get on the train, players get involved with some strange passengers. In the meantime, Pala who missed the train barely managed to get on. When he opened the gate, he found out that someone got murdered!

Running Man players are spotted as key suspects of the murder case! While they verify the spot with Detective Frank, Liu finds a clue to find the real criminal. After collecting the clues at the scene, the real criminal is! Just then, a strange energy swept the crime scene.

The victim who seemed to be dead becomes a zombie and attacks Running Man players! They flee to a different car of the train, but the whole train changed into a zombie world in an instant. They even try to find the vaccine in the very first car, but they cannot hold out any longer. What awaits the Running Man players at the last station?

Liu, Lonky, and Pala is taking a rest in a room together. Pala suddenly brings up an old urban legend about a serial abductor. At that time, Miyo runs along the dark hallway and when the door opens, someone appears behind her. Late at night, a suspicious shadow hovers around Running Man players.

Running Man players disappears one by one, so the remaining players look for the missing ones. When they followed into the hole on the floor, the missing players gathers around in a room. Kuga waits for a chance and draws the abductor into the room to have a fight. But is that move? It can't be him!

Running Man players split into two teams and battle against each other. Players get to choose one team leader from the two, Liu and Kuga. Everyone is playing petty tricks to be in the stronger team, while Pala shows no interest in the team at all.

Team change battle is about hitting the other team with a ball and make them our team. Blue Team's Kuga, Miyo, Gai is attacking Liu's Red Team with a strong teamwork, while Red Team's Lonky and Popo just want to be in the Blue Team. But Pala changes the flow of the game by showing some odd behavior.

Pala overreacts to the game and attacks other Running Man players furiously. He is controlled by the evil power of the substance which fell out from the red eyed beast. Running Man players all cooperate to subdue angry Pala, and a suspicious shadow is watching them.

Mr. Suitcase disappeared over the night! Liu follows the signs of Mr.Suitcase in the radar and happens to get into Charming Gold's residence. One thing leads to another, Liu ends up giving Charming Gold a massage. And then he bumps into Miyo there. What are you doing here?

To advance to the finals, Lonky, Popo, and Pala need to win the last team game. But in the mini game, in which they promised to cooperate, they are treated like nuisances. After having the last piece of the golden key in hand, their sorrow and desire to win burst up. This is the best chance for us to win this game!

Lonky, Popo, Pala become fugitives and the rest are chasers for the game. One team that pass through different obstacles and put the key on top of the pyramid wins. Fugitives show some sort of teamwork and run away while chasers follow them furiously. But this game is just so much different from any other games before.

The pyramid race seems to be too dangerous and life-threatening. It turns out that Gai is the Man X of Charming Gold and is operating all the obstacles. Gai agonizes over whether to keep his friendship with other Running Man players. Or to bow to Charming Gold's pressure to win the race.

Exhausted after the previous game, Running Man players start to think that there's a spy among them. In the meantime, Gai feels guilty about his action and decides to quit Man X of Charming Gold. Furious about Gai's decision, Charming Gold starts to put another plan into practice.

Running Man players come to the finals, but all of a sudden, Charming Gold announces a special event: A match between Running Man players and D.V.7, who have monster like skills and power. When Liu starts the fight as the first player, he strives to dig up D.V.7's strengths and weaknesses.

For Running Man players, getting onto the R point itself is a tough task. Liu becomes aware of DV7's plan to stay on the R point and plans a strategy. Just then, D.V.7's 5th player fiercely attacks Running Man players without notice. In the meantime, Miyo is checking out Gai in the waiting room and is shocked to see the monitor.

Running Man players are getting attacked helplessly by Gai. Miyo uses her psychometry to read Gai's mind and see what has happened. She finds a clue and tries to restore Gai, but it doesn't work out.

Running Man players loses their confidence and motivation after losing the battle with D.V.7. But after observing and analyzing the previous game, Liu comes up with a new strategy. Running Man players think over their roles and responsibilities for the next game. A new day has come, and they are ready to start the next battle.

Another match with D.V.7 is the gaining ground. To win this game, one team has to take up more area than the other. One-on-one battle is held in each area and Running Man players notice a huge gap between two teams' skills, once again.

Running Man players are outgunned from the beginning. Liu gets a penalty while he crosses the border to D.V.7's area and tries to save Popo. And it seems impossible for Pala to hold out for long. But they put their hands together and prepare for counterattack.

After eliminating DV2, Liu, Miyo and Kuga go for a counterattack. However, Charming Gold looks closely at their route and command D.V.7 to attack Liu all together! In the end of an intense running and chasing, Liu dives and shouts!

All of a sudden, it is announced that the game has ceased. Due to aftereffect of the brainwashing, Gai attacks his friends. D.V.1 appears in the scene and destroys Mr. Suitcase who tries to attack D.V.1. In a rage, Liu shoots his gun toward D.V.1 and the face of D.V.1 is revealed.

Running Man player now look for ways to stand against the conspiracy behind the championship. Liu is immensely shocked and upset to meet his sister, but restores courage thanks to his friends. On the other hand, Charming Gold gets mad that his plans went wrong and presses ahead with even more dangerous plans.

The last game is to find the other team's king and take off the shield. Every stage until this game is connected others through special portals. After carefully observing Running Man players, Dr. Mala figures out who the king is! D.V.7 members attacks all at once and Running Man players desperately fight back.

Running Man players all gathers around the Hall of Fame. When DV7 arrives to catch them, Running Man players put the operation into action. Operation 'Fog Storm'. One player runs toward the portal, but gets caught by D.V.1. Wait, there's no sign of king! Right then, there's someone coming out of the portal, aiming for D.V.1's shield!

The second set of the game begins. Pala shakes his cane and makes something, saying that this would be a very important factor in this game. However, taking the opportunity to attack DV members still seems quite difficult. Then invincible Lonky appears from nowhere. What has happened to Lonky?

Running Man players turn the tide of the game, thanks to Pala's medicine and invincible Lonky. They even obtained the device which amplifies the power of D.V.7. Liu skillfully remodels the device and tries to use it to defeat D.V.7. The last battle to release D.V.7 from brainwashing now begins.

Running Man players successfully release D.V.7 members from brainwashing as they planned. To prevent Charming Gold's evil plot, they begin to chase Dr.Mala. In the meantime, Charming Gold is about to act onto his last plan by injecting all remaining potion to Soul Tree. What would be the secret that Charming Gold has been covering up?

Charming Gold has been living for a thousand years by possessing Materion's power all to himself. Because all of his plans went wrong, he decides to get rid of Running Man players himself. He uses oddly-looking robots to imitate Running Man's powers and corners them. But Liu sharply notices the robots' weaknesses!

Popo, Pala, and Miyo fall down to the basement during the fight with Charming Gold. The basement turns out to be Charming Golds' secret lab and they discover unexpected objects. In the meantime, Charming Gold falls down to the ground, revealing his true self.

Charming Gold continues to resist by excessively activating robot systems. He absorbs all the energies around him and Running Man players are struggling. Meanwhile, Miyo senses ominous energy inside Soul Tree. That moment, Charming Gold madly gets close to Materion and stretches his hand out.

Tree City without Soul Tree. With a deep, earthshaking rumble, monster Ulcus appears from deep underground. While Running Man players reveal the hidden truth by interpreting legendary stone plates, a strong beam spurts out from Ulcus' mouth.

Running Man players get to know that the god of the Earth, Ulcus, is trying to destroy the world. To calm his anger, they run down to the catacombs to find artifacts of ancient times. In the rooms of each tribe, each member encounters an unexpected opponent. Running Man players all go through a test to become true heroes.

Running Man players are now trying to calm and seal Ulcus. When Kuga shoves the first artifact, parts of Ulcus' body are bound. Rest of them overcome all the barriers and shove the remaining artifacts one by one. Now they have only one more left to go.

Running Man players fail to calm and seal Ulcus and collapse. Watching the tragic scene, Popo take out his card deck, One who rules time!" Popo turns back time through his magic, and Running Man players successfully seal Ulcus. What would happen next?
