S09:E01 - Scotland Starter
This week three newcomers to the competition, Stevie McLaughlin, Jacqueline O’Donnell and Neil Rankin go head to head to represent Scotland. Today they must impress the mystery veteran judge with their starter courses.

It’s the main course for Scottish chefs Stevie McLaughlin, Jacqueline O’Donnell and Neil Rankin. With the scores close, the pressure is on for all three and they’re each hoping to impress with unique and individual dishes.
S09:E04 - Scotland Dessert
It’s the dessert course and the Scottish chefs’ fates hang in the balance as at the end of today, one of them must be sent home. For Stevie McLaughlin, Jacqueline O’Donnell and Neil Rankin there’s no room for error.

The two remaining Scottish chefs fight it out for just one place in the finals, cooking all four of their dishes again for judges Prue Leith, Oliver Peyton and Matthew Fort.

Three of the South West’s finest chefs, returning contender Emily Watkins, experienced Dominic Chapman and newcomer Josh Eggleton fight it out. They must cook their starter courses to be judged by the surprise veteran judge.

The South West chefs, returner Emily Watkins and Michelin starred Dominic Chapman and Josh Eggleton do battle for the fish course. Dom has been inspired by his research trip to the scene of the D Day landings.

The South West chefs Emily Watkins, Dominic Chapman and Josh Eggleton cook their main courses for the veteran judge. With the competition so tight can one of them pull out in front before tomorrow’s deciding dessert course?
S09:E09 - South West Dessert
It’s the dessert course and the South West chefs’ last chance to secure a place in the regional final. Two will make it through to cook their menus for the judges but either Emily Watkins, Dominic Chapman or Josh Eggleton must leave the competition.
S09:E10 - South West Judging
The two South West chefs left standing cook their four courses again for the judges Prue Leith, Oliver Peyton and Matthew Fort. They’re joined by special guest judge and hero of the D-Day landings, 93-year-old war veteran Ken Sturdy.
S09:E11 - Wales Starter
Three of Wales’ top chefs, returning contender Mary Ann Gilchrist, former military man David Kelman and fellow newcomer Andy Beaumont compete for a place in the finals.
S09:E12 - Wales Fish
The Welsh chefs, newcomer Andy Beaumont, military man David Kelman and returning contender Mary Ann Gilchrist go head to head for the fish course. Ambitious Andy and determined David are hoping to steel a lead over Mary Ann.
S09:E13 - Wales Main
The Welsh chefs Andy Beaumont, David Kelman and Mary Ann Gilchrist are all hoping to score highly with their very individual main courses. Mary Ann’s taking a risk with another austerity themed dish.
S09:E14 - Wales Dessert
It’s the dessert course and the Welsh chefs’ last chance to impress. After David Kelman’s main course result, Mary Ann Gilchrist and Andy Beaumont must do everything they can not to crack under the pressure.
S09:E15 - Wales Judging
The two remaining Welsh chefs fight it out for the last place in the finals. They must both cook all four courses of their D Day inspired menus again for the judges Prue Leith, Oliver Peyton and Matthew Fort.
S09:E16 - Northern Ireland Starter
Three of Northern Ireland’s top chefs, returning finalist Raymond McArdle, Richard Corrigan’s protégé Chris McGowan and young gun Will Brown go head to head. Today they must impress this week’s mystery veteran judge with their starter courses.

The Northern Irish chefs, returning finalist Raymond McArdle, Richard Corrigan’s protégé Chris McGowan and young gun Will Brown fight it out for the fish course.

It’s main course day for former finalist Raymond McArdle, Richard Corrigan’s protégé Chris McGowan and young gun Will Brown. Ray’s going all out to impress the veteran judge by cooking two separate dishes.
S09:E19 - Northern Ireland Dessert
It’s the Northern Irish chefs’ last chance to impress with their dessert courses. Young gun Will Brown needs to play a blinder and hope that his rivals, returning finalist Raymond McArdle and fellow newcomer Chris McGowan, fall at the final hurdle.
S09:E20 - Northern Ireland Judging
The two remaining Northern Irish chefs cook their entire menus again for judges Prue Leith, Oliver Peyton and Matthew Fort who are joined by special guest judge Celia Sandys, Winston Churchill’s granddaughter.
S09:E21 - North East Starter
Three of the North East’s finest chefs, Michelin trained Paul Welburn, Michelin starred Frances Atkins and returning champion Colin McGurran will cook their menus for the mystery veteran judge.

It’s the North East chefs’ last chance to impress with their desserts as only two will get to cook for the judges tomorrow. Frances Atkins serves another dish inspired by her father’s involvement in D Day.

The two remaining chefs for the North East fight it out for one place in the finals, cooking all four of their courses again for the judges Prue Leith, Oliver Peyton and Matthew Fort.

The North West’s best chefs, returning contender Mary Ellen McTague, Jason Atherton’s protégé James Durrant and ambitious new chef Mark Ellis battle it out for a place at the finals.

It’s main course day for the North West chefs Mary Ellen McTague, James Durrant and Mark Ellis. After the disastrous fish course they’re all desperate to impress the veteran judge. But who will perfectly redeem themselves?

It’s the North West chefs’ last chance to impress with their desserts as at the end of today’s cooking one chef must leave the competition. The pressure is on for Mary Ellen McTague, James Durrant and Mark Ellis.

It’s dessert course as the London and South East chefs compete for one of two places in the judges’ chamber and the competition couldn’t be tighter. Whoever scores the lowest will be going home.

The two remaining Central region chefs cook all four courses again for the judges Prue Leith, Oliver Peyton and Matthew Fort. They’re joined by special guest judge Max Hastings, a military historian.

It's the starter course and as the chefs arrive they discover there's added competition following the London and South East region's shock result.

It’s the half-way point in finals week and those chefs who have yet to get a dish onto the shortlist are feeling the heat. With nine dishes tasted and the scores in, there’s a shock result for the chefs.

When the dessert result is in it’s down to the judges to pick the perfect menu from all four courses’ shortlists. Which chef will triumph to cook the starter, fish, main and dessert at the D Day banquet?
S09:E45 - Banquet
The banquet is finally here. It’s the culmination of months of hard work as the winning four chefs strive to deliver their dishes to an expectant audience of wartime heroes at St Paul's Cathedral, a bastion of British wartime resilience.
