S02:E01 - A Treestand Over Your Garden
Chef Bri goes on a hunt for axis deer and prepares a seared axis deer carpaccio with arugula, capers, and shaved parmesan. Then she takes on a shrimp & shishito pepper taco recipe.
S02:E02 - Ropin’ Gators and Korean BBQ
Chef Bri gets a chance to go on an airboat looking for gators and prepares Korean BBQ Alligator with Ginger Sesame Rice. Bri then puts together a Buffalo Alligator Taco recipe.
S02:E03 - Swamp Bacon
Bri goes off on a hunt for hog in a way she did not expect. Back to camp, she cooks up her take on Wild Boar Porchetta with salt and vinegar potatoes on the side.
S02:E04 - Stag Party
Chef Bri goes on a hunt for Red Stag. When back at camp, she grinds up red stag meat to create a red stag burger with bacon jam and cheese, followed by a Moroccan Stag Taco recipe.
S02:E05 - Dan Dan Ram
Chef Bri goes on a long day of hunting for a ram and puts together a Ram Spicy Dan Dan Noodles dish. Then to wrap things up, Bri creates a Dan Dan Taco recipe.

Chef Bri goes on the hunt for squirrels and takes her shot at quail. Bri puts together a Buttermilk Fried Squirrel and Quail recipe followed by a Breakfast Taco recipe.
S02:E07 - Midnight Gigging for Tacos
Bri gets back on the water to go fishing for Tilapia from the airboat at night with lights and a gig pole. Bri cooks a Cornmeal Crusted Tilapia and creates a Tilapia Taco recipe.
