Esquire Wang is found dead in a back alley beside a brothel named Leisure House.

Niannian is taking good care of Bao Zheng, causing Bao Zheng to become suspicious.

Zhongliu honestly tells Qianyu he fancies Linlong. Also, he and Esquire Wang plotted to make fake notes.

Gongsun Ce and Qianyu try to flee but fail. They are stranded in living dead chamber.

Hu Xun's testimony is unreliable. Bao Zheng reckons Gongsun Ce and Qianyu are still alive.

Zhongliu, on behalf of Linlong, delivers dowry to Gaochang. Qianyu is a member of the delivery team.
