This flow continues from the last one increasing the challenge with a balance flow. Balance is essential for any workout or yoga regimen so that you tone your legs.
S01:E17 - Day 16 - Arm Balances & Core Strength
You made it past the halfway point! To celebrate, you're going to learn how to tackle the really fun crow pose; an arm balance, that will tone and strengthen your upper body.
S01:E18 - Day 17 - Reducing Neck & Shoulder Pain
After yesterdays class, this one is a treat. Some relief for all those arm balances in your neck and shoulders. Feeling tight and tense in your shoulders is a common problem
S01:E19 - Day 18 - Intro to Backbends
Today's flow is all about backbends. All that shoulder opening you did is going to be tremendously helpful as you get into your backbends.
S01:E20 - Day 19 - Power Yoga HIIT Workout, Total Body Cardio
Endurance intervals! It's still high-intensity interval training, but your intervals are going to be 45 seconds long, and your rest portions will be 15 seconds. Yoga meets HIIT.
S01:E21 - Day 20 - Yin Yoga for Sleep
This practice is a beautiful way to help nourish your joints, balance your body, and help you get really restful sleep, which is essential for your health.
