Tired of being broke, coding student and ride-share driver- Candace Carter, convinces best friend- Trent Davis, to develop an app that puts sex workers in the actual driver's seat.

Done delivering milkshakes, Candace recruits Trent to build out the girl's profiles. Meanwhile, Lizzie meets an overly curious customer.

Candace calls a meeting with the "Riders" to reinforce her rules and Trent mentions moving payments to the dark web.

Tensions rise as the outside world begins to close in on Candace and her operation. All the while, her friendship with Trent collapses inside.

Lizzie continues to miss meetings. The cops investigate a series of local murders and discover the Rider operation. Candace out maneuvers their efforts with another bright idea.
