Season 1
S01:E01 - Episode 1
It is late April 1986. Maryana and her younger sister Alya are on their way to visit relatives in Pripyat when they see a terrible explosion at the Chernobyl nuclear power station.
S01:E02 - Episode 2
Evacuation is announced in Pripyat, but Alya stays to look for her father. She finds out about his death from Pasha. In despair, she begs him to stay and not leave her all alone.
S01:E03 - Episode 3
Pasha runs away from the hospital to see Alya. The lovers spend a day in an empty city and are happy, but in the morning Pasha feels unwell. They leave the city to find help.
S01:E04 - Episode 4
Pasha is transported to a hospital in Moscow. Alya follows him and begs the doctors to let her see him. She still believes that her love will save his life.
