S01:E01 - The Introduction and Before the Inspection
This episode introduces the world to Warren. It also shows him getting ready for the inspection and buyers to view his Mansion.
S01:E02 - The Inspection
The buyers and inspector have arrived! It is time for the inspection. Will any major issues arise? The inspection takes place during a storm which presents its own set of problems.
S01:E03 - Diagnostic Exam
The house has been hot since the storm that occurred during the inspection. Warren calls his trusted AC repair company (Green Earth Heat and Air) to see if his units need ac.
S01:E04 - Repair Time
After the diag it was revealed that a circuit breaker was damaged. Warren and two of his boys go to home depot to find the supplies needed for the DIY repair.
S01:E05 - Repairs Continue
Warren finally has the parts he needs to fix the circuit breaker and get cool air flowing again.
S01:E06 - New Chandelier Key, Our New Land, a Meeting at the Airport, Then Party Time
We lost the key that allows our chandelier to be electronically lowered. We hired a trusty locksmith (Hi-Q locksmith) to come save the day. We also check out some of our new land.
S01:E07 - After the Party, Fixing the Key and Installing the Ice Maker
Warren has to finish a musical feature that was sent to him after the birthday celebration. This episode, the locksmith brings the new key back and Warren installs a new ice maker.
S01:E08 - Dirt Work, Giving Away Appliances, Approved as a Builder and Cats!
Warren and Matt go out to the lot to figure out how much dirt work will be needed. After returning home Warren gives away appliances he doesn't want to take to the new property.
S01:E09 - Waco Comedy Show Auditions and Getting Sandwiches
Warren heads down to Waco, TX to join his partner Austin Ray Nunn in auditioning candidates for the upcoming Waco Comedy show. Afterwards Warren takes the kids to get some food.
S01:E10 - Family Time: Mama's Birthday
Warren and the kids celebrate grandma Lee's Birthday.
S01:E11 - More Family Time, Off to the Park With the Boys
Warren devotes his down time to the kids. They go to H-E-B, make ice cream floats and then spend time at the park.
