The hospital and Jung-hun clash over beneficiaries of a kidney. Ji-in also collides with Ihn-kyu.

Ihn-kyu heads to Sunlim Medical Center. To him, Ji-nam doubts, and Hyung-beom shows interest.

Ji-in doubts Ihn-kyu and Jung-hun even more. Hyung-beom makes an irresistible offer to Ihn-kyu.
