S01:E01 - 30 Minute Dumbbell Workout
A dumbbell full body workout with 30 second cardio bursts between each strength training exercise.
S01:E02 - Booty Band Workout
This lower body workout can be done with or without a stretch band to sculpt and slim your legs and thighs while toning and lifting your butt. Work every muscle in your lower body and achieve a more toned appearance.
S01:E03 - Bodyweight HIIT Workout
This no equipment HIIT routine will give you the ultimate total body workout!
S01:E04 - Ultimate Abs Workout
Tone your abs and strengthen your core with this at home abs workout. The number one thing we want to stress is that doing ab focused exercises alone is not going to get you the results you want. While targeting your abs is certainly important if you want a six pack, there's more to it than that. This means you have to burn more calories than you consume, and also choose the right foods to get the nutrients you need and fuel your body. This process will vary from person to person, but a general rule is to avoid processed foods, foods that are high in fat or sugar, and anything fried. Plenty of cardio, rest, and hydration are also very important!
S01:E05 - 30 Minute Butt Workout With Cardio Kickboxing
This is a high energy workout that challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories while you shape and lift your booty and lean out your legs & thighs. The cardio kickboxing follows 20 minutes of lower body floor exercises and combines martial arts techniques with fast paced cardio moves.
S01:E06 - Dumbbell HIIT Workout
This HIIT workout is nonstop high-intensity interval training that'll rock your legs, glutes, arms, core, and everything in between. All you need is a set of dumbbells (5-10 lb).
S01:E07 - Abs Workout With Cardio Kickboxing
This abs workout will tighten & strengthen all major abdominal muscles, while the kickboxing workout at the end will help trim the midsection. Nicole will lead you through a series of belly blasting abs exercises, then finish off the routine with cardio kickboxing moves that will help you shed fat so that you can reveal all your hard work. The ab segment is 15 minutes, while the cardio kickboxing combines martial arts techniques with fast paced cardio moves for a short and sweet 10 minutes. It's a high energy workout that challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories while you sculpt, slim, and strengthen your midsection.
S01:E08 - 30 Minute Cardio Workout
Slim, sculpt, and strengthen your entire body without any equipment. Many fitness experts preach that you cannot build muscle from just bodyweight training alone. That may be true if you want to put on 30 pounds of meat in a year, but for the "non-meatheads" who are looking to increase their functional strength, flexibility, and endurance, this full body routine is a perfect fit. Build and burn!
