Wild at Heart

It's been a year since we left Leopard's Den and much has changed. The animal hospital has been rebuilt and is now up and running.

Danny and Evan's life on the run doesn't start well when Danny falls asleep at the wheel and drives into a ditch.

It's the day before Rosie's wedding. Danny is proud of his daughter and determined to feed her up now that she's eating for two.

Du Plessis has a surprise for Charlotte. Alice is touched and it's clear she's starting to feel like part of the family.

When Du Plessis instructs the family to be around for dinner, they are intrigued to hear he's planning a big announcement.

Alice and Danny are delighted when the Animal Hospital is given responsibility for the rescue and conservation of animals in the region.

Lightning strikes a tree which falls onto Danny and Alice's vehicle, causing a terrible crash. Alice wakes to find Danny bleeding and unconscious.

Having made the difficult decision to leave Danny, Alice is battling through the bush. Before her torch fails she sees lions watching in the bushes.

Danny and Alice are enjoying being together but agree to keep their relationship under wraps for now. However, they're unaware Georgina has overhead!
