Up for a complete transformation of her clothes, hair and makeup is Emma Emmerton from Essex. Since the birth of her twins nine months ago she feels she's lost her individual style and wants to feel sexy and feminine again.

50 year old shopaholic Tina Boswell from Essex needs to be taken in hand to stop dressing like a teenager and learn to choose clothes that suit her age.

Working mum Louise Seheult has lost the plot when it comes to style and needs to get rid of her ill fitting wardrobe and learn how to buy clothes that suit her figure, age and lifestyle.

Up for a total new look is Kirstine Jones from Devon, who has never been confident about her appearance and needs to go back to the drawing board when it comes to her clothes, hair and makeup.

Bar manager Georgina Patrick is desperate for a total wardrobe overhaul to get away from her comfortable jeans and baggy tops and show off the figure she is hiding beneath all the layers, as well as a major revamp of her hair and make up.

Riding instructor Jenny Freeman spends all her time in jodhpurs and fleeces and wants to get rid of her tomboy looks and learn how to dress in a more funky style.

Helen Ritchie from Surrey has never worked out a style to suit her and needs to chuck out her unfashionable clothes and learn how to dress for the twenty first century.

26 year old Rebecca Ewing from London has a childlike, garish wardrobe and wants to find a new grown up style in time for her first wedding anniversary. Ally revamps her hair, clothes and makeup to reveal a real glamour puss.
S01:E12 - Annie
Up for a total new look is Annie Worth, a teacher from Plymouth in her fifties who is sick of wearing boring trousers suits to work and wants a more casual wardrobe that suits her age as well as a total overhaul of her hair and make up.
S01:E13 - Sarah
Up for the Ally treatment is 25 year old Sarah Hobson who is certain that her lack of fashion sense is stopping her from meeting Mr Right. Will all that change after Ally's has completely overhauled her wardrobe, hair and makeup?
S01:E14 - Lee Routley
Lee Routley has lost over five stone recently and is getting married in less than a week. Nothing in her wardrobe fits and she hasn't a clue what clothes suit her or what to take on honeymoon. She urgently needs Ally's help.
S01:E15 - Lynne
47 year old Lynne Saunders doesn't know what suits her and can't resist raiding her twenty one year daughter's wardrobe to wear the latest styles. She needs Ally's help to get a new image so she can fly off on her second honeymoon with confidence.
S01:E16 - Sam
Radio presenter Sam Vangeen doesn't need to bother to dress for her job but when she steps out of the studio her style leaves a lot to be desired. Ally needs to get her to chuck out all her comfortable rugby tops and introduce her to more feminine styles.

36 year old Jenny Collins has no idea how to dress stylishly and looks about twenty years older than she really is. Ally's got her work cut out to get her to bin her old wardrobe and dress her age as well as getting her a modern hair style

In Ally's expert hands is Lucy Reade who at just under five foot finds it really difficult to find clothes to fit. Will she let Ally chuck away all her old favourites and go for the new styles that Ally chooses for her?

Gill Jones is a Grandmother of four and a paramedic. She's forty four but hasn't a clue what she should be wearing. She wants to find a style that she loves and will go down well with both her family and her friends and colleagues at the ambulance station.
S01:E20 - Lee Brown
Up for a major overhaul of her wardrobe is Lee Brown. A charity shop manager she only wears second hand clothes and spends her time and money on other people, forgetting about herself. She needs Ally to help her see it's worth spending money on the right pieces to flatter her fuller figure.
