Matt suggests they visit his first boss, Denis Horgan. There they catch just enough Marron for Matt to make a spectacular Marron, Fennel & Mayo salad with fresh herbs.

First stop today is Gabriel's Chocolate. Here they make chocolate from bean to bar. After their lesson, Alex and Matt help decorate some chocolate bars with surprising results.

Matt suggests they call into a cidery in nearby Donnybrook. When they get there, everyone's at the dam catching fish for lunch. Alex and Matt both catch a good-sized fish.

The Margaret River region has as many caves as Swiss Cheese has holes. Climbing down into Ngilgi Cave, they hear the unmistakable sound of a didgeridoo echoing eerily from below.
