Van and Deaq encounter a trio of female jewel thieves who destroy a sports car from the Candy Store. The cops pose as wealthy jewel buyers, but the operation soon goes awry.

Van and Deaq are sent to infiltrate a gang of Russian mobsters. The partners must also stop the contents of a dangerous shipment from entering the United States.

When Deaq's ex has trouble leaving her abusive husband, Alton, Van worries about Deaq's emotional investment in the case. He and Billie must save Deaq when he's exposed as a cop.
