Shortly after take off, a loud bang is heard aboard Flight 243. A huge chunk of the roof and walls are missing. Against all the odds, the plane lands safely. But what caused it?
S03:E02 - Attack Over Baghdad
It was supposed to be a routine “mail run”, but shortly after takeoff, the three man crew struggle for sixteen minutes without hydraulics to put the plane back down on the runway.
S03:E03 - Out of Control
After take off, the tailfin blows off the Boeing 747. The pilots keep the plane in the air for thirty minutes before slamming into a mountain. All but four passengers are killed.

During a sea battle, a military radar operator mistakenly identifies an approaching aircraft as a hostile F-14. The plane is shot down and all 290 people on board are killed.

An explosion jolts the pilots of PA 434. A bomb has gone off and the flight crew is forced to attempt an emergency landing. The blast kills one passenger, and injures another ten.

During extreme weather, a Super Puma helicopter makes a routine journey. With a flash and a bang, the sixteen passengers and crew find themselves struggling for their lives.
