With the Caladan and Artemis evading a Disek Base ship in orbit, and Primo and crew trapped on Eden, quick alliances are formed with Varisa, and the UE in an effort to survive.

Creed teams up with Fiya, and Saber to locate an arms dealer, Hicks, on planet Tragoid. Hicks is searching for the Olc, an artifact that wiped out the civilization of that world.
