In the Arizona desert, 14 cowboys from past seasons return to compete for a herd of cattle. Host Trace Adkins sends the first cowboy home.

The competition turns perilous when one of the 13 remaining cowboys goes missing while herding horses in the unforgiving Arizona desert.

After the 7 remaining cowboys compete in a grueling relay race, Trace Adkins and his expert judges tell another cowboy to hit the trail.

For one of the remaining 6 cowboys, it’s the simple tasks that turn out to spell the end. Trace Adkins sends another cowboy home.

The final five cowboys have their hands full starting colts and roping steers. Trace Adkins and his expert judges send two cowboys packing.

In one last cattle drive, the three remaining cowboys show off their skills as Trace Adkins and the judges determine who deserves the prize.
