Chuck visits Pikogan, an Algonquin community near Amos in Quebec, where Israel, David, and other local hunters invite him on a goose hunt, and later for a barbecue.

Chuck visits Norma Condo, from the Mi'kmaq community of Gesgapegiac in Eastern Quebec, who invites him lobster fishing, and who also shares her cooking techniques with him.

Chuck visits Gesgapegiac, a Mi'kmaq community in East Quebec, where he and Stephen Jerome fish a river full of salmon, learn about basket-weaving, and cook al local recipe.

Chuck travels to the Cree community of Waswanipi where Matthew Ottereyes takes Chuck to Waswanipi Lake to catch walleye before Matthew's wife Magguie shares her walleye recipe.

Chuck travels to the Atikamekw community of Manawan where Odette, Therese, and Menic take Chuck foraging for precious wild blueberries, and on a partridge hunt.
S01:E09 - Six Nations, Ontario
Chuck travels to Six Nations in Ontario where Kitty, who works to preserve and share ancestral knowledge, prepares the Three Sisters soup, an Indigenous staple.
S01:E10 - Toronto, Ontario
Chuck travels to Toronto where he meets chefs Shawn Adler and Johl Whiteduck Ringuette who are dedicated to sharing their cultural history through food.
S01:E11 - Wikwemikong, Ontario
Chuck travels to Wikwemikong on Manitoulin Island where he and Theodore Flamand visit the site where Theodore and his colleagues want to reintroduce wild rice to the land.
S01:E12 - Terra Nova National Park, Newfoundland
Chuck travels to Miawpukek and takes part in a moose hunt with Gregory Jeddore and other local hunters. They also discuss culinary methods of preparing this very respected animal.
