Lyndey and Blair explore a meat market, taste tripe soup and enjoy a tour of the Acropolis. Then, Lyndey cooks up a modern Greek feast at Kuzina Restaurant.

In Greece's ancient city of Corinth, winemaker Yiannis Paraskevopoulos gives Lyndey and Blair a tour of the Gaia winery, where they learn all about the native grape vines.

Mother and son team Lyndey and Blair tour the Peloponnese. They enjoy a traditional eggplant dish for lunch and taste some great local honey.

Lyndey and Blair feast on roasted pig for breakfast at a local market. Later they wonder at the marvellous Diros caves and explore an intact Maniot village.

At a market in the city of Kalamata, Lydney and Blair sample tasty olives, local sausage, and souvlaki. Later they try chocolate-covered figs at Athanasiou Patisserie.

The final leg of Lyndey and Blair's journey! Blair sprints the entire length of the ancient Olympia stadium; they treat themselves to wine and lamb stuffed with trachanas.
