S01:E01 - The Far South
In the far south of New Zealand, we discover the southern city of Dunedin and explore the world heritage park of Fiordland. From here, we fly to the alpine resort of Queenstown.
S01:E02 - Central South Island
We travel to the Southern Alps in the Central South Island and discover how the dramatic high alpine landscape was carved by glaciers.
S01:E03 - The West Coast and Northern South Island
The west coast boasts a pristine environment or forests and rivers. On the east coast, whales are spotted. We fly to Christchurch and onto the northern region of the South Island.
S01:E04 - Southern North Island and Volcanic Plateau
We cross from the South to the North Island, flying over Cook Strait and Wellington to the centre of the North Island. We view from above volcanoes, mud pools, and geysers.
S01:E05 - Northland
We continue towards the Far North passing Auckland and see the harbor. We meet a craftsman who creates instruments from Kauri timber and learn about Maori creation mythology.
