Cleaver has been hiding out in the country for four months posing as a writer, but his cover is blown when Barney appears on Australian Story.

Wendy reluctantly takes Cleaver in when he's evicted; David and Scarlet's romance is threatened by her children.

Thompson uses his history with Cleaver to frame him for drug trafficking, but Wendy comes to the rescue. Meanwhile, David desperately tries to save his relationship with Scarlet.
