The Lame One declares war against the G-Men and, through a series of unfortunate events, Dick Tracy becomes trapped in the Spider Ring's lair.

The Lame One resorts to piracy and Dick Tracy, pursuing the Spider Ring fur pirates, is caught between two huge ships.

Though the Lame One believes the Mogra necklace in his possession is a fake, Dick Tracy knows it's real and risks his life attempting to recover it.
