There is trouble in the Scandinavian forests. Fish and trees are sick and the owls can't hatch owlets because their egg shells are too thin.

As the Amazon rainforest is being cut down and burned. Zeena, Chief of the Rain People makes a stand against Woodcutters who are cutting down the last stand of Chinchona trees.

While David and Tomte gather scents from flowers and plants and make Gnome perfumes, Millius shows up with his Magic Glass Mushroom and an alarming vision.

The Trolls run an oil tanker into jagged rocks. A massive oil spill pollutes the pristine coast of Alaska. Millius notifies David and Lisa.

Millius wants David's nephew Tomte and his grandchildren to visit a Natural History Museum to learn first hand about the past so there can be a better future.

When Anna wants David to read her a story about fish and Harry wants to hear one about pirates, David reads them one about both out of his journal adventures.

Two Peregrine Falcons arrive in Trondheim with alarming news. Yellowstone National Park, one of the greatest wildlife refuges in the world, is in trouble.

A gathering of Gnomes celebrates the departing Spring migration of a flock of common cranes. Millius asks David and Tomte to accompany an elderly Gnome ornithologist, Birdie.

David is asked about his Dolphin friend, Paladin, who he is about to pay a visit to. When David was young, his parents took him on an ocean holiday.

After three sick river otters come to them for help, Harmony and Melody, two teenage Gnome twins, discover a polluted river running through a forest in Ireland.

In a dream, Millius travels to the stratosphere and discovers a hole in the Earth's protective ozone. He asks David and Tomte to take a research trip.

With the world's Rhinoceroses last five species facing extinction, Barky Barkhuizen, a waning movie star makes a comeback with a movie that features Rhinos being poached by aliens.

A great gnome expo is being held. Gnomes from all over the world are gathering to share ideas and information about wildlife, nature, and the environment.

When almost a hundred Giant Pandas face starvation, a young Gnome couple, Jin-Chu and Su Ling, contact the council in Trondheim for help.
S01:E19 - Mediterranean Odyssey
David and Tomte are on a pilgrimage to the Hellespont. Their host, a Greek Gnome named Socrates, invites David & Tomte to help take care of some Monk Seals.

David and Tomte arrive in Africa where some poachers are trying to kidnap a Mother Elephant and her Baby.

A young Gnome, Djalu, living in the rainforest of Australia, contacts Millius. Koalas are sick. He doesn't know what to do.

Harmony and Tomte's wedding is interrupted when Abby, an Arctic tern, arrives. Troublesome Trolls have caused an offshore pumping station to spew crude oil into the ocean.
