On Tenerife in the Canary Islands five years ago, one man’s construction dream was turning into a nightmare. It was supposed to be the best waterpark in the world with some of the biggest waterslides on the planet. And the star attraction would be a mammoth man-made wave machine that would churn out giant surf all day every day. But with faulty concrete foundations, absent workers, accidental fires and a freak hurricane, it looked like the waterpark would remain dry forever. Mega Builders returns to find out whether the dream ever came true, and discovers that sometimes the entrepreneurial spirit just will not die.
