S02:E15 - Don't Poke the Bear

A happy couple who have been brutally mauled by a bear arrive at Hope Zion in critical condition. With the woman in critical condition, the staff are charmed by the man's folksy attitude and concern for his partner - until Charlie begins to suspect there's something more to the case. Between Charlie's conversations with the woman's Spirit and Alex's own suspicions, Alex and Charlie take it upon themselves to figure out what's really happened to the couple - and are forced to confront their own issues with each other in the process. But Charlie and Alex aren’t the only ones scrutinizing their relationship – Gavin and Maggie are still dealing with the complications her pregnancy's brought into their relationship. Meanwhile, Joel is forced to confront his own personal issues when a hunchbacked Buddhist tries to teach him how to live in the moment.
