Heo returns to Chosun and rescues her from a crisis. She trusts him, but soon, Doo-chil debunks him.

Heo returns to the clinic, where Yeon-kyung is. But they face an unexpected crisis amid happiness.

Heo and Yeon-kyung begin to date. But soon, Seong-tae proposes a dangerous deal to struggling Heo.

Returning to Chosun, Heo Im and Heo Jun treat patients. Jun tells Heo the secret of needle case.

Heo and Yeon-kyung decide to break up. He goes to her to say goodbye. Only 3 days are given to them.
