In one of his last TV roles before signing on to "Star Trek," William Shatner stars as the first man to successfully land on Venus. Given a hero's welcome upon his return to Earth, he is determined to win funding for the Venus colonization program, dubbed "Project Vulcan," until suddenly things begin to go wrong...with his body.
