In "Royal Canadian Mounted Panther," Pinky is a maintenance man for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police with dreams of being a Mounty. He gets his chance when a "Damsel in Distress" mistakes him for a Mounty and asks him to protect her from a villain who is after her gold mine.
