Charles Smith was a bright young man with huge musical aspirations. On one fateful night, all his dreams came to a close when he was found nearly dead at a crossroads in Atlanta. Quinn and Vince hit the streets and begin asking questions of what appears to be a homicide. After digging deeper into the party scene in Atlanta, they soon realize that the killer could be someone they never expected.
