Straight outta Kentucky, Midnight Star rocked the house and dance floor in the early eighties with irresistible jams like Freak-a-Zoid, Operator , Slow Jam and of course, No Parking on the Dance Floor. Co-founders Reggie Calloway and Bill Simmons had put the band together while in college, and for the next several years the entire nine piece ensemble literally lived together in a house owned by the Calloways mom, who doubled as their manager
