Sorato is down with a cold! While nursing him to health, Kosei tunes into a livestream by "Wolfie," who's cashing in on fake Omega videos.

A kaiju appeared at a construction site deep in the mountains. Soon after, it suddenly died! Ayumu and Yuta go to investigate in the mountains.

Sorato heads to a quiet rural town. There, he encounters Miko, a young girl who shares her life with a giant serpent that eats steel.

Kosei and Sorato are about to head out fishing, but Ayumu contacts them about a kaiju. A clash leads to a fight between Sorato and Kosei...

Kosei unearths a mysterious stone. At that moment, dark clouds gather, and a kaiju enveloped in cold air appears from the sky.

Kosei and Sorato two ventured into the forest, hoping to uncover the true nature of the kaiju reported on the news.

Kosei Hoshimi stumbles upon a mysterious man devouring his yakisoba. Kosei's pursuit lands him right in the middle of a kaiju attack!

Sorato regrets getting Kosei involved in his fight and decides to leave. Meanwhile, Eldeghimera has become even stronger.

Left behind from the latest kaiju fight and frustrated, Kosei rushes out when he hears that Graim has appeared again.

When a giant life form appears, amnesiac Sorato recalls a word—“kaiju”. As kaiju continue to appear, he transforms into “Ultraman Omega”.

Ayumu asks Sorato and Kosei to accompany her to visit a paranormal research club studying the phenomenon which occurs in thick mist.
