The Bishop, despite protestations from Grace and Lady Mae, forces Grace to deal with her feelings about returning to the pulpit. Lady Mae admits her blame for Faith's death.

Mac juggles many tasks for the Greenleaf clan as Chief Council and family member.

Amidst public outcry, Grace reaches out to Officer Nelson. Noah evades Lady Mae's questions. Lady Mae encourages the Bishop to reveal a secret.

Deacon Sykes is not sold on the idea of Lady Mae preaching at women's day. Basie reveals he wants Jacob to run Triumph's new community center that will be built very near Calvary.
