Season 1 Episode 2 - Confidence
This week Jodie invites Confidence Expert Jeremy Milnes to the house to hold a master class with the Shy Guys. Through fun exercises, Jeremy teaches the Shy Guys how to deal with their personal insecurities and to start believing in themselves. That afternoon, Jeremy proves to the group they can be anyone they want to be by setting them a Mini Task to dress up as Super Heroes and present themselves to the group. After good responses from Jeremy's Masterclass, Jodie sets the pairs the ultimate test of confidence. Their Main Task is to pose as a tour guide, and lead a group of tourists around a local stately home, relating memorable information and facts. Jermaine and Mattie are this week's winners and as a treat the whole group are taken out for dinner. Unexpectedly, Jermaine departs in the middle of the night leaving Mattie without a Confident Guy.

S01:E03 - Assertiveness
Mattie and the rest of the housemates greet new Confident Guy Adrian but without much time to settle in Jodie introduces the pairs to Celebrity Comedian Mark Dolan who will hold this weeks Masterclass on Assertiveness. Drawing upon his experiences as a stand-up comedian, Mark teaches the shy guys how to say No' when they've previously said Yes' and to defend themselves and stand their ground in a confrontation. After a shaky morning, Jodie and Mark sit down with the Confident Guys and tell them they have to support their Shy Guys more and Mark sets a test to see how well the Shy Guys have listened to his advice, by analysing their assertiveness in role plays. The next day Jodie sets the Shy Guys the ultimate test of assertiveness and sends them to work on a lively London Market Stall selling fruit and veg. They must attract and serve customers and stand their ground against a difficult customer. This week's winners are Sol and Nick and they are rewarded with a fun day out horse riding. S01:E04 - Style
Top Celebrity Stylist Ashley Rossiter pays the Housemates a visit this week. She has a rummage through the Shy Guys' wardrobes and gives them top tips on how to carry themselves in the right clothes. Ashley sets the Confident Guys a shopping task, with a budget of 100 each, they have to buy an outfit for their Shy Guys to wear to a dinner party Jodie is hosting at the house that evening. Jodie reminds the pairs that this week one pair will be asked to leave the competition and nerves are rife. Meanwhile, Adrian comes to a tough decision and announces he wants to leave the house leaving Jodie with an even tougher decision to make. After having provided Mattie with two different Confident Guys, she decides it is unfair on the other pairs and explains to Mattie his journey in the house has come to an end and he will have to leave the competition with Adrian. S01:E05 - Flirting
After addressing Confidence, Assertiveness and Style Jodie decides it's time to introduce the Shy Guys to the idea of flirting and building relationships. Jodie brings in Flirt Guru Elizabeth Clarke to show them the skills needed to attract the attention of the opposite sex and how to engage someone in conversation. They play spin the bottle and with the help of some of Elizabeth's friends they practice flirting. Confident that the Shy Guys have taken on board the lessons of today, Jodie sees how they handle themselves in a real scenario and sends them to a Local Farmer's Ball. This week's main task is to pull a Young Farmer, with the aim of buying them a drink, getting them to dance and ultimately getting a phone number. This week's favourite to win were Paul and Rob, and with Paul snogging the party organiser he guaranteed himself top points, however Elizabeth and Jodie were also stunned by Esther's attempts at flirting, so the two couples came joint top. S01:E06 - Courage
The competition really hots up this week and speculation about this week's task is rife. With the end in sight, Jodie decides it's time to test their courage in preparation for the Shy Guys leaving the house for good. Unexpectedly, the three remaining couples are driven to a secret location and Paul and Nick are faced with their worst nightmares - this week's Mini Task is Sky Diving. There are mixed feelings about the task, while Rob, Lucy, Sol and Esther are looking forward to it, Nick is battling with his fear of heights and Paul is terrified as he has never even been in an aeroplane before. They all decide to jump except Nick. Before their Main Task, Jodie decides to bring in Pete Cowan to talk to them about courage and persuade them to ignore the negative voices in their heads. In order to set them up for life outside the house, Jodie decides to set Paul, Sol and Esther individual tasks. Paul visits a top Fashion Designer with his T-Shirt designs, Sol presents his Script to a top comedy writer and Esther
