Fireball XL5 intercepts a planetomic missile sent to destroy Earth. On Planet 46 Steve and Venus are captured by the Subterrains who promptly launch a second missile, with Venus on board.

A duo of wacky aliens, the Lilispatians, use the commander of XL7 as a hostage to trap an immigrant spaceship and turn its occupants into slaves.

Prof. Matic's old friend, Dr. Rootes, attempts to conquer Earth using an invasive species of alien plant life which promptly runs amok.

The evil Rejuscans use their planet's sun to destroy the missiles causing damage to their meteories. Venus is put as the next sacrifice to their sun rays.

An amphibian alien tries to kill the survivors of a water planet.

While babysitting Commander Zero's son, Venus tells him the story of some Space Pirates.
S01:E09 - Flying Zodiac
Venus dreams of a Circus show, in which Steve performs as a trapeze artist and the Space Spy duo are plotting to kill Colonel Zodiac.
S01:E10 - Space Pen
Posing as criminals, the Fireball crew head for the prison planet Conva in pursuit of two Space City raiders, only to end up in Mr. and Mrs. Space Spy's lethal water chamber.
S01:E11 - Space Monster
The pilots of XL9 are stranded on a planet where their spaceship has been wrecked by a Giant Space Monster.
S01:E12 - The Last of the Zanadus
A friend of Steve's returns from a 10-year space expidition and is unaware that he is under mind control to the last of the Zanadu people who have sworn revenge on the Lazoons.
S01:E13 - Planet of Platonia
Planet Platonia's leader, Bizann is attacked by enemy Ginerva. Bizann attempts to trade Platinum deposits with Earth.
S01:E14 - The Triads
Commander Zero asks Steve to investigate explosions outside of Planet Traid.
S01:E15 - Wings of Danger
To avenge the capture of their chief on Planet 46, the Plutonians send a radio controlled metal bird to Space City in order to kill Steve with Radium capsules.
S01:E16 - Convict in Space
Space Rogue Devlin steals secret plans in a base and is captured by Steve. Meanwhile, Professor Mattic has been kidnapped by the Space Spy duo.
S01:E17 - Space Vacation
While on vacation, Steve must cope with rulers of rival planets Olympus and Kimber, who are holding Venus and Professor Mattic hostage.
S01:E18 - Fight to Danger
Lt. Ninety is learning to be an astronaut with Steve's help.
S01:E19 - Prisoner on the Lost Planet
After receiving a call for help, Steve and the crew go to a volcanic planet, where an exiled Amazon Queen is held as prisoner.
S01:E20 - The Forbidden Planet
Professor Mattic and Dr.Stamp work on a space station capable of observing other planet. Planet Nutopia does not like the intrusion and abducts the men.
