Family and friends from all over the world converge at Ally Kovac's home to mark the passing of her husband Vince. As Ally and her kids Romeo and Gigi reel from the shock of their sudden loss, rising politician Tim Williams attempts to erase Vince from a lucrative real estate deal. And in the chaos of the funeral and subsequent wake, surprising situations develop, with unexpected consequences.

And a discovery by Romeo sends him in search of his uncle Joe. Tim and Spiros endeavour to shore up political support on the eve of a make or break session of the party caucus.

Ally can bury her head in the sand no longer. When her credit card is declined she makes a series of alarming discoveries about her situation. A game of spin the bottle in the boatshed embarrasses Max. Tim makes some off the cuff remarks to a journalist, attracting the kind of attention that will change his family's lives forever.
S02:E05 - Episode 5
While Tim prepares to depart for Singapore, his family faces an uncertain future. Christine fights to master her growing desire for infidelity. Romeo enlists Max to help him make use of a stolen credit card. Ally invites Gabriel and his new girlfriend Sophie to dinner, but a séance carried out by Joe and the teenagers brings Ally more than she bargained for.
S02:E06 - Episode 6
Seeking to increase her media profile, Nat arranges for the paparazzi to snap a shot of her with her new flame Conrad. Tim's plane takes off for Singapore, leaving in its wake a vortex of confusing emotions for Max and Christine. The Kovac family comes to the brink of tragedy when Gigi overhears a conversation and takes matters into her own hands.
