Joseph and Speedwagon travel to Rome to meet another Hamon wielder, Caesar Zeppeli, who takes them to the enigmatic Pillar Men. While Joseph and Caesar clash, they arrive to find a grim awakening.

Caesar confronts Wamuu and the other Pillar Men, but falters, clearing the way for Joseph. But anxiety replaces audacity as Joseph’s plan invites a presumable death sentence.

Joseph returns to Lisa Lisa, unaware of the bizarre stowaway he has delivered. A possessed confidant then attacks, ultimately sending the crew to Switzerland, where another revelation awaits.

Stroheim is back from the brink, now as a cyborg designed to secure the great Red Stone. Kars, however, is not willing to concede and wages war, even as the stone hurtles toward an alpine cliff.

Lisa Lisa paints a picture of honor when she reveals Caesar’s tragic past to Joseph. Meanwhile, in the face of certain danger, Caesar enters into a solitary battle to avenge his father.
