It’s New Year’s Eve - the biggest party night of the year and with crowds flocking to a huge fireworks display on Wellington’s waterfront, the Street Hospital crew face their biggest overflow yet. Paramedics Jake and Ross cope with a drug overdose, Dave and Craig are followed by some persistent fans and an unlucky New Year’s Eve reveller faces a dangerous situation while urinating in public.

S01:E01 - Episode 1
Street Hospital paramedics Benjamin and Steff treat a girl who won’t stop screaming. They find a drunk in the toilets of a fast-food restaurant who gets slapped into shape by his girlfriend and then a call comes in from a young pregnant woman who’s about to give birth in the basement of a nightclub
S01:E02 - Episode 2
Drunken students, rugby fans and arts festival patrons flooding into the Party Zone on the same night means carnage for the Street Hospital team. Paramedics Jake and Emma rescue a girl who’s passed out in her noodle soup, a young guy on the run from Police gets taken down and Craig nurses a patient who has smashed 10 tequila shots in 10 minutes.
S01:E03 - Episode 3
Hen’s night turns foul for the Street Hospital paramedics tonight. Dozens of stag and hen parties have hit the town in force. New recruit Lucie walks headlong into a brawl on Blair Street. Cory and Sam help out a homeless guy who’s drunk two litres of meths and a fainting girl makes the paramedics suspicious.
S01:E04 - Episode 4
It’s the weekend before Christmas! Party central packs out with partygoers celebrating and overindulging in the festive spirit. An epileptic stag is rescued by paramedics Craig and Jake, Steff and Sarah find a smooth talking Romeo lying in the gutter and a drunk looking for a fight almost gets his neck broken.

S01:E06 - Episode 6
The Street Hospital team attends Wellington’s most raucous party of the year: the International Rugby Sevens. The city centre erupts in a street carnival as rugby revellers, in crazy fancy dress, party through the night. Street Hospital paramedics treat a wisecracking cowboy with a split head, a comatose underage drinker is hauled in to the street triage by her parents and a barefoot unicorn gets a nasty gash in his hoof.
S01:E07 - Episode 7
Thousands of party-hard fans spill out from the Homegrown music festival into Wellington City, making things very tough for the Street Hospital paramedics tonight. James and Jake try to rescue a collapsed festival-goer but are forced to stop when he gets aggressive. Soon fights are breaking out all over town and the victim of a bloody bar assault takes a turn for the worse.
S01:E08 - Episode 8
It’s St Patrick’s Day and the paramedics are busier than ever with Courtenay Place partiers getting green around the gills. Benjamin witnesses a violent attack right next to the Street Hospital base, an Irish tourist runs into a wall and a chef from a nearby restaurant accidentally stabs himself with a potato knife.
S01:E09 - Episode 9
It’s a huge battle for the Street Hospital medics tonight as Wellington erupts with party-casualties. Benjamin and Craig are forced to take their ambulances to the back streets of party central to deal with overdosed teens. A drunk boy with a bloody laceration gets impatient and a girl in a high-rise apartment must be immobilised with a spinal board.
S01:E10 - Episode 10
Volunteer paramedic Craig leads the Street Hospital team through wave after wave of drunken and wounded partygoers needing treatment. Cory gets the run-around inside a cinema complex, a girl has her finger jammed in a locked door and the crew are slammed with a chartered bus of puking twenty-first birthday party-goers.
