To jump from one moving boat to another. Climb into fishing boat tank filled with four feet of dead squid and retrieve weights from the bottom. Contestants shimmy out on a flag pole that is protruding approximately 20 feet from the building, free the flag and shimmy back.

S02:E01 - Bus Surfing/Scorpion/Meal Worm/Swinging Square

Players stand on top of a moving Bus. Contestants spend three minutes with their head in the plexiglass box and creatures are dropped in. Contestant must walk the perimeter of a square made up of four twenty-foot sections of box truss.

S02:E02 - Wing Walk/Bobbing for Snakes/Car Jump

Contestant walks the wing of a bi-plane in flight. We fill a plexiglass basin with water 5" high, 12 plums that sink to the bottom, 50 ribbon and garter snakes, and one big albino snake. To jump a car off a two level parking structure with the furthest distance.

S02:E03 - Bull Riding/Eat Cow Brains/Zipline

Contestants must ride a bull for eight seconds. Each contestant eats poached cow's brain, served cold. To go the furthest distance after being ratcheted up and rope swinging down.

S02:E04 - Boat to Boat/Swimming with the Fish/Flag Snag

S02:E05 - Heli. Fire Drill/Riffle Rectum Range/Ledge Walk

Players climb out over the skid and underneath the helicopter. Contestants shoot at target, determining the number of boiled pig rectums they will have to eat. The contestant must navigate around the ledge of a tall building.

S02:E06 - Tight Rope/Hat of Flies/Escape Ice

S02:E08 - Blimp Ladder Climb/Bobbing Among Worms/Car Turnover

Player climbs out of a blimp and onto a rope ladder. Contestants bob in plexiglass box of waxworms. To drive a car into a roll.

S02:E09 - Heli. Ladder Climb/Blender of Fear/Pole Hopper

Climb a rope ladder into a helicopter. To eat the blended concoction you are given. To move flags from the first to the last pole.

S02:E10 - Vertical Gauntlet/Rat Hat/Semi Truck Walk

To run through a vertical obstacle course. Contestants will put their head inside the box with 24 rats. To cross a plank suspend between to speeding semi-trucks.

S02:E11 - Glass Window Walk/Coffin of Fear/Shark Cage Escape

Celebrity 2. To move flags from one open window across and around the outside of a building. To separate and move white snakes out of a group of green and white snakes and place them in a bin. To escape from a submerged cage and swim to a life ring.

S02:E12 - Bridge Hang/Uterus Skee Ball/Cable Plate Walk

To hang from a bridge. To eat Pig Uterus in the allotted time. To walk on suspended plates.

S02:E13 - Tunnel Swim/Eat Bulat/Bicycle Plank

Contestants enter the water where there is a 30-yard long tunnel. Unhatched duck's embryo boiled 30 minutes and then served. Contestants must ride a bicycle across a 10" wide plank that is suspended between two buildings.

S02:E14 - Heli. Box Jump/Tarantula Pit/Water Tube

To jump from moving helicopter onto a floating platform. Place 60 pink toed tarantulas into torture hat and stay still for 3 minutes. The contestant lies in a plexi-glass tube as water is pumped in.

S02:E15 - Public Nudity/Shuffleboard for Roaches/Chain Submerge

To stand naked in public. Contestants have to eat 0-5 live Madagascar hissing cockroaches. Players are wrapped in heavy chain around their ankles and submerged into a tank of water.

S02:E16 - Sky Surfing/Fear Factor Billiards/Ship Container Jump

To gather as many flags as possible. To play a game of pool and eat the assigned items. To run across shipping containers planting flags.

S02:E17 - Roof to Roof/Fear Factor Spaghetti/Submerged Fuselage

To jump from one roof to the other roof. To search for and eat coagulated blood balls hidden in earthworms. To escape from a submerged fuselage.

S02:E20 - Alligators/Fear Factor Buffet/Runaway Tanker Truck

To retrieve 3 poles from an alligator tank. Each contestant will be strapped to the Wheel of Fear - Joe will spin the wheel. To retrieve a key, put it in the keyhole, and sound the horn.
